Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026-07-28

Mock3D (“Mock3D”, “we”, “us”) is operated by an individual developer based in Bulgaria (not a registered company). This policy explains what data Mock3D collects when you use the app or website (the “Service”), why, and how you can have it deleted. It applies regardless of which specific features, plans, or pricing the Service offers at any given time — those change; this policy describes the data practices, which don't.

Contact for any privacy question or request: supp.bld.tech@gmail.com.

The short version

Mock3D renders everything — your screenshots, screen recordings, and audio — on your own device or in your own browser. That media is never uploaded to our servers. What we do store is limited to account identity, your project settings (device choice, camera angles, text, timing — not the media itself), and payment records handled by Apple, Google, or Stripe.

What we collect

Account & identity.

  • An anonymous device/installation identifier is created automatically the first time you open the Service, so your projects and entitlements can be recognized without asking you to sign up.
  • If you choose to sign in (e.g. to sync across devices or after a purchase), we store the email address or account identifier provided by that sign-in method (email magic link, or a third-party sign-in provider such as Google), and link it to your existing anonymous identity.

Project data.

  • Project settings you create — device/scene selection, camera and animation choices, text layers and their styling, timing — are stored so your work is saved and can sync across devices.
  • Your screenshot, screen-recording, and any custom audio file you add are not uploaded or stored on our servers. They exist only in your device's local memory/browser session for as long as you're editing, exactly like a file open in a desktop app.

Payment data.

  • Purchases are processed by Apple, Google, or Stripe, depending on where you buy. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made and its entitlement, but we never receive or store your card number or full payment details — those are held solely by the payment processor.

Technical data.

  • Standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps, error diagnostics) collected by our hosting and infrastructure providers for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.

We do not currently run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy first and, where required, ask for your consent.

Why we collect it

  • To operate the Service: save your projects, recognize your entitlements, and sync across devices.
  • To process payments and prevent fraud/abuse.
  • To provide support when you contact us.
  • To comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax records for payments).

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers who help us run Mock3D, each acting under their own privacy terms:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage for the catalog and your project settings.
  • Stripe — payment processing for web purchases.
  • Apple / Google — payment processing and account sign-in for their respective app stores/platforms.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. These providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area; where that happens, it's under their standard contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

Account and project data is kept for as long as your account exists. If you don't sign in, an anonymous identity may be cleared automatically after a period of inactivity. Payment records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting law even after account deletion.

Deleting your data

Mock3D does not currently have an in-app “delete account” button. To request deletion of your account and associated project data, email supp.bld.tech@gmail.com from the address associated with your account (or provide your anonymous device identity if you never signed in). We will delete it within 30 days, except for payment records we're legally required to retain.

Your rights

If you're in the EEA, UK, or a jurisdiction with similar law, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

Children

Mock3D is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the update.
